Vol 6 Chapter 29

The way home after parting with Min-hoo was cold and desolate. Thinking that once he got home, he should stop thinking about today's events and set them aside for tomorrow, Kapros slowly dragged his feet, and before he knew it, he had arrived in front of his house.

Just as he was about to step onto the entrance stairs of the villa, looking at the darkened windows of the house, he suddenly felt an eerie sensation running down his spine.

'...What's this?'

Thinking it might be the sensation often described in stories when encountering a ghost, he turned his head, but the intersecting shadows between the villas were too dark to see what was there properly.

"...Who's... there..."

He narrowed his eyes and spoke towards the place where the creepy feeling was coming from, despite not being able to see clearly. Thinking it wasn't the cat or stray dog that often roamed around here, and if not a ghost, then what could it be, when suddenly something in the darkness moved. In that instant, Kapros recognized who was there with an almost instinctive premonition.

'Jin... Je-hwan?'

He wasn't mistaken. It was definitely Jin Je-hwan!

Why... here again?

While he was thinking this with a perplexed feeling, meeting the eyes shining in the darkness for a few brief seconds, suddenly Je-hwan fully revealed himself and lunged towards Kapros. Then, before Kapros could even question what was happening, Je-hwan grabbed his waist and lifted him up. The sudden rough pull caused pain in his tightly gripped torso.

"Ugh...! Wait, stop! Suddenly, why... here...!"

- Beep!

There was no answer. Without any exchange of words, as soon as Kapros's captured right thumb touched the fingerprint scanner of the house door, Je-hwan violently opened the door and pushed Kapros inside, knocking him down.

Thud!

"Ugh!"

Unable to keep his balance due to his leg, Kapros fell, and his back hurt terribly. While his mind was blank with pain for a moment, Je-hwan, who had crouched over him like a magnet, grabbed Kapros's chin and turned it. Their lips collided forcefully.

"Mmph!"

There was a clicking sound between their teeth. But before Kapros could feel the pain, a cold tongue invaded, wrapping around his tongue and starting to suck it out.

'What, what is this.'

Filled with bewilderment, Kapros tried to push Je-hwan away with his free arms, but the difference in position between the one pressing from above and the one pinned below was not easily overcome. Rather, as if annoyed by Kapros's hands, Je-hwan grabbed them and pinned both wrists to the floor while continuing to explore his lips.

Struggling was useless. Kapros shook his head, feeling his face heat up from lack of breath, but Je-hwan's lips kept following, sucking in saliva as if it were his own. The ticklish liquid flowed down between their rubbing lips, wetting the hair below Kapros's ear.

"Nnngh!"

As his breath was so constricted, Kapros's vision started to flicker black. Desperate for oxygen, he sucked in the flesh stirring inside his mouth, causing the tongue to flinch momentarily and slightly part the gap between the lips.

"Ha... ha...ah!"

As soon as Kapros barely managed to inhale, before he could even shout, their tongues intertwined again and sucked even more fiercely. Just as it felt like his entire tongue would be sucked in, suddenly a tingling sensation struck his waist, arching his back sharply.

Not missing that moment, an arm slipped under Kapros's waist, digging into the shirt he was wearing under his parka as if to tear it.

"Hng, hng, ngh, uh, ugh!"

With the thick parka half-removed and caught on both shoulders, restricting his movement, and the arm crushing his bare lower back, his already difficult breathing became twice as hard. Trying to force his captured hand free only hurt his fingers in the cast. The wound on his head that had just seemed to heal throbbed as if it might burst open. He couldn't endure any longer. Before his vision blurred, he gathered the strength in his remaining left leg and kicked Je-hwan's side.

Thwack!

No matter how well-trained the body, the side is relatively weak for all humans. Je-hwan was no exception; although the feeling against Kapros's knee was quite solid, he seemed to have felt the pain properly and froze for a moment.

Not missing that chance, Kapros succeeded in twisting his arm free and immediately punched Je-hwan in the face without hesitation. Je-hwan's face whipped to the side from the impact. The feeling of the strike on his fist made Kapros feel like vomiting, but retreating quickly was more important.

"Haa... haa..."

Only after retreating about 2 meters, with just his upper body slightly raised from the floor, could Kapros grasp what had just happened. The guy who had rushed out a few hours ago suddenly sprang from the darkness, dragged him in, and immediately crashed their lips together - he couldn't tell if this situation was a dream or reality.

As he caught his breath and roughly wiped away the stream of saliva that had flowed down the side of his mouth with the back of his hand, Je-hwan slowly turned his head, which had remained still after being hit, to look at Kapros. The moment their eyes met, Kapros froze at the ominous energy emanating from those eyes like black abysses.

"You... what on earth..."

The moment he spoke, Kapros realized his voice was completely hoarse and closed his mouth. No, even if his voice hadn't been hoarse, he probably couldn't have said more with his mind that had just slightly awakened to the current state. The moment he faced Je-hwan, he remembered the events of the day, and his chest tightened.

Right... I had made him leave angry.

'Is this perhaps revenge?'

It didn't seem to make sense, but seeing that cold face that said nothing, that was all Kapros could think of. Suddenly feeling like the tightness in his chest had doubled, making it hard to breathe, he bit his lip hard.

If Je-hwan had really come because of his anger from earlier, Kapros had nothing to say. Although it wasn't his intention, he had clearly hurt Je-hwan with his insensitive words... Even though he had just hit Je-hwan out of surprise, in reality, Kapros was in no position to complain even if he got hit a few times.
