Chapter 131
What did I just see?
Greyson, who belatedly blinked, focused again and read the letters on the box.
Nipple clips.
He stared at it for a moment, then rubbed both eyes with his arm. After blinking several times, he checked the box again.
Nipple clips.
Greyson looked at Dane with his mouth silently agape, as if asking what the hell this was. Dane glanced down at the box Greyson was pointing to and said nonchalantly.
"It's for clipping nipples, don't you know?"
Then Dane gave a suggestive smile and directed his gaze to Greyson.
"That thing attached to the breasts you like so much, nipples."
As "breasts" and "nipples" came out of Dane's mouth one after another, Greyson's vision went white. What is he doing right now? Why is he making moves on me while trying to cheat with someone else right in front of me?
"Are you trying to let my guard down?"
Greyson glared at Dane with eyes full of suspicion. He's definitely planning to make me all mushy and then sneak out the back door to go to a club. No way, as if I'd fall for such a shallow trick.
But Dane knew Greyson better than expected. Without saying anything, he picked up a nipple clip that was placed as a sample in front of the box and held one clamp in each hand. Then, facing Greyson, he brought them over his own nipples. With the nipples positioned between them, he spread the clamps wide and said.
"This is how you use them. Can you imagine?"
The latter words contained a very obvious intention. Following those words, Greyson very naturally imagined clipping Venus's nipples with the clamps. And Dane put down the sample, turned around, and started putting items in his basket again. There were many things to think about - what would he use all that for, who was he planning to use it with, where exactly was he going to use what he bought - but Greyson couldn't ask a single question. He was too busy imagining using those things to do this and that to Venus.
His mouth naturally relaxed and he stood there with a blank expression, then suddenly snapped back to his senses. When he hurriedly shook his head and looked around, Dane had already disappeared.
I lost him...!
"Hey."
Just as he urgently turned around, a familiar voice reached his ears. When he hesitated and directed his gaze, Dane was standing in front of the register.
Hadn't he left?
Though puzzled, as he walked briskly toward him, Dane, who had been waiting, gestured with his chin. When he unconsciously shifted his gaze, there was a card reader there. It meant to pay.
Heat rose to Greyson's head again. He absolutely wouldn't pay. Items that Dane bought to fool around with someone else, absolutely not...
"If you want something too, buy it."
Suddenly Dane blurted out. Ha, thinking I'll fall for it. This must be his plan to make me pay. Greyson answered with a twisted smile.
"I don't have anything like that."
At Greyson's rebellious answer, Dane smiled slightly.
"Don't regret it later, buy it now?"
Greyson made a scoffing sound with the corner of his mouth and mocked him. Dane asked again.
"Really nothing?"
"Yeah, nothing."
Then Greyson added sarcastically.
"I don't have such vulgar hobbies."
Deliberately using insulting words while looking down at the basket, Dane also directed his gaze there.
"Really?"
Dane only rolled his eyes to look at Greyson again. Shrugging one shoulder, he opened his mouth in a slower tone than usual.
"Then I can't play with you."
At the muttering that sounded like talking to himself, Greyson, who had been furious until then, hesitated. Gradually his mouth relaxed and his expression began to change. The words came next.
"...What did you say?"

Greyson looked at Dane with surprised eyes. What did I just hear? Dane, who had shown no particular reaction until then, looked at Greyson's blank expression and said again.
"I said I can't play with you."
He took out one of the boxes from the basket and pretended to examine it this way and that.
"You said you don't do such vulgar play, right? It's unfortunate, but there's nothing I can do."
At Dane's action of shaking his head and casually tossing the box back in, Greyson belatedly came to his senses.
"Then, could it be that you, with me, this kind of thing..."
As he stammered in disbelief, Dane chuckled and asked back.
"Why not? You don't think I'd ask you to buy this kind of stuff while going to sleep with someone else, do you?"
"You would totally..."
Greyson, who had been speaking, closed his mouth. When Dane frowned, the owner who had been watching also slipped in.
"Actually, I think so too, Dane."
At Dane's dumbfounded gaze, the owner laughed "hoho" and said.
"You would totally use money you squeezed out of this person to buy things to use with that person."
He stared blankly at the man's smiling face.
What do these guys think of me...
Though he was dumbfounded, it was ridiculous to manage his image now. He had lived like that until now, so that's how they saw him. Dane Striker quickly gave up as always and turned his attention back to Greyson.
"So, what are you going to do? You won't do it? Then never mind..."
Before the words were finished, Greyson took out his card and placed it on the counter. The owner quickly tried to process the payment, but Dane confirmed again.
"Really nothing you need? Look again."
He kindly gave Greyson another chance. Greyson didn't hesitate and turned around to look around the store. Most of the items were already in the basket. His quickly scanning gaze stopped at one place. To him looking at a leather flogging whip, Dane said.
"A riding crop is better than that."
"Ah, really?"
Greyson immediately lost interest. Having been a polo player in college, Greyson still occasionally played as a player. Because of that, he kept several horses, and consequently owned quite a lot of horse-related equipment. He had plenty of riding crops too.
As he slowly looked around the display cases again, something caught his eye. Greyson walked briskly and readily took down an item from a high shelf. When Greyson returned and held it out to Dane, he looked at the handcuff picture drawn on the box and silently put it back in its place.
He had thought it was strange that there were no handcuffs in the box, but did this mean it wasn't allowed?
In front of Greyson, who unconsciously frowned, Dane picked up an item from the next section. After showing Greyson the box as if to demonstrate, he returned to the register and tossed it into the basket.
"Those kinds leave marks."
Dane explained. As expected, there was nothing he didn't know. Greyson felt warmth spreading inside his chest. Unlike the ordinary handcuffs he had chosen, this one had soft fur on the inside.
Dane personally chose this because he was worried I might get hurt.
Thinking that, his chest felt strange. It was a cool sensation as if air had gotten in, but it wasn't a chill. Rather, it was an indescribable wonderful feeling, like his feet were floating in the air.
"Please sign."
The excited owner who had swiped the card pushed the pad over. While Greyson wrote his name, Dane received a large bag containing the items from the owner and grasped it in one hand.
"Have a good time, Dane, partner."
From the way he even winked, it was obvious what he was imagining without having to ask. Well, he'd be an idiot if he didn't catch on. Greyson thought as he hurriedly followed Dane outside. The sunlight was still blazing hot. But his mood now was completely different from when he had entered the store.
His mood, which had been at its worst, soared high above. If one could walk on clouds, wouldn't they feel like this? How joyful an emotion love is. To feel such endless happiness, it's exactly as I've always dreamed. I knew it, I knew that love was such a wonderful emotion!
Until now, he had experienced so many failures. But this time he wasn't wrong. Dane was definitely his one and only love of a lifetime. He had come such a long way to meet this man. Tasting so much frustration.
But it's okay. Because he finally found him.
"I love you, Dane."
At Greyson's passionate confession, Dane chuckled.
"Yeah, I know."
