Chapter 5
When they arrived at the large mansion standing alone in a remote location, black smoke was rising from it. Befitting a venue for a pheromone party, most of the people who had rushed out were either wearing only thin underwear on their naked bodies or covering essential parts with whatever fabric they could grab. Those properly dressed were clearly security guards or employees. The stark contrast made for an utterly ridiculous sight, but the firefighters focused on their work with serious faces.
It was rather fortunate that they still had enough sense to run out like this. While one team prepared to spray water, another team busily equipped their gear and prepared to enter.
"Are there many people inside?"
To the team leader's question, a man who appeared to be the butler answered with a pale face.
"I-I'm not sure. Probably quite a few..."
Seeing him stammer, a red-blond man asked indifferently.
"Should we focus on the civilians?"
"Dane, rescue everyone inside whether they're extreme Alphas or not!"
At the team leader's shout, Dane clicked his tongue briefly before putting on his helmet and entering the mansion. Watching his retreating figure, the team leader muttered with a furrowed brow.
"Surely that bastard wouldn't deliberately leave anyone behind?"
"No way, despite how he talks, he does his job properly."
The man who responded with a laugh added bitterly.
"While working, that is."
With those words, a group of firefighters rushed forward quickly. The employees watched worriedly as they ran in the opposite direction of the people desperately escaping.
* * *
Ominous creaking sounds echoed from everywhere. The space was filled with a mixture of sounds: heated wood cracking, pieces of plaster falling from the ceiling and hitting the floor. The flames that had started from inside the building quickly spread throughout the entire house. The fire that drew bizarre patterns as it burned the wallpaper soon climbed up the ceiling, sticking out its bright red tongue. The smoke clung to the ceiling and undulated, writhing like a giant beast taking a breath.
The firefighters scattered about, opening doors one by one, and urgently evacuated people whenever they found them still inside.
"Get out! Get out right now!"
One of the firefighters searching the reception room shouted at a couple they discovered. But they couldn't respond properly. The couple, high on drugs, remained slumped on the couch, blinking drowsy eyes. Due to their unclear consciousness, they didn't seem to properly recognize the current situation. Finally, while colleagues helped drag them out, one firefighter ran ahead to the stairs.
"Hey, Dane! Wait, let's go together!"
Someone shouted from behind, but he took the stairs three at a time and instantly reached the second floor. The smoke was even thicker here. He quickly opened doors one by one to check inside. Even as he did this, several people brushed past him, coughing as they headed outside.
Hoo, hoo. Dane skillfully controlled his rough breathing from the overwhelming heat and tension. As he was about to move forward again, through the acrid smoke came a man who appeared to be an employee, staggering and coughing heavily.
"Are there more people this way?"
Dane quickly grabbed him and asked. The man, who was trying to evacuate with a handkerchief covering his nose and mouth, answered between coughs, his face a mess of sweat and soot.
"I-I don't, don't know. I did bring drinks to the corner room on the right earlier..."
Dane didn't wait to hear more and rushed forward urgently. From behind, the man shouted in a hoarse voice.
"They locked the door. You'll have to break it down!"
Instead of answering, Dane kept running while grabbing the axe from his back. Reaching the end of the corridor, he hurriedly looked around and glimpsed a small door through the hazy smoke. If he hadn't been tipped off by the man, he would surely have missed it, as it was discreetly hidden like part of the wall. Dane quickly felt along the wall to confirm the door's location, then readjusted his grip on the axe and brought it down.
With a loud thud, wood splinters flew. Behind him, the eerie sound of spreading fire continued, occasionally mixed with the sound of breaking glass. Dane paid no attention and kept striking the door. After several axe blows shattered the door, he tore it away and reached through the hole to grab and turn the handle. With a clinking metal sound, the door opened, and Dane immediately jumped inside.
"Evacuate quickly! There's a fire..."
He suddenly stopped mid-sentence. The scene unfolding in the room was something that even Dane Striker, worn down from countless one-night stands and changing partners, had never seen before.
Two men who appeared to be twins lay collapsed on the floor. Their completely naked bodies were foaming at the mouth and visibly trembling all over. With their eyes rolled back staring into space, they looked like they were in shock.
Gasping as if about to die at any moment, they maintained rock-hard erections while continuously leaking semen. Despite their groins being already soaked from multiple previous ejaculations, they remained swollen. Left like this, they would lose function. Though an Omega's member was useless for reproduction anyway, that didn't mean it was okay for it to be damaged. A sensitive area was still a sensitive area.
Yet they still couldn't regain their senses and continued to probe their lower holes with their own hands. Though the area was already red and inflamed with visible bleeding, they didn't stop. It was as if their minds were completely soaked in something. Alcohol, or drugs, or perhaps.
Pheromones.
Dane finally checked the face of the man sitting on the bed. More precisely, the deep blonde man leaning his upper body against the headboard with his wrists tied to each bedpost.
The source of the pheromones, stronger than the acrid smoke, was that man. He was laughing while releasing pheromones at the Omegas who were rolling and panting on the floor. As if he had never seen a more entertaining sight.
Dane stood for a moment, watching the man's golden glinting eyes.

The intense heat felt like it was about to overwhelm him from right behind. The sound of the house collapsing could be heard from all directions. Taking rough breaths inside his helmet, Dane thought.
What the hell is wrong with that crazy bastard.
From the moment he learned it was a pheromone party, he had expected all sorts of chaos. But actually seeing such a scene made him sick to his stomach. Though he briefly felt dejected thinking about how he had jumped into this inferno to save such bastards, this wasn't the time to indulge in feelings of doubt.
"Dane! Are you okay? Whoa!"
Ezra, who had followed belatedly, cried out in surprise. The other firefighters who arrived in succession were the same. Faced with this grotesque scene they had never seen before, they seemed to momentarily forget the situation, dumbfounded.
Dane was the first to move. The twins collapsed on the floor couldn't even stand up, let alone walk out on their own. As Dane picked up one twin and Ezra was about to carry the other out, an unexpected situation occurred.
The moment they sensed the strong pheromone scent through the acrid smoke, the twin in Dane's arms convulsed and twisted his body. Dane quickly grabbed him, but Ezra, who had been caught off guard, ended up dropping one of the twins.
"Oh no, ah!"
The startled Ezra shouted. Though he hit the floor with quite a thud, he showed no sign of pain. Ezra hurriedly tried to grab him again, but he shook him off violently and crawled desperately across the floor. Toward the man who had just released pheromones.
"Take him, get out first."
Dane handed over the twin he was holding to another member who was standing awkwardly, and quickly tried to grab the other one. But the remaining twin on the floor started convulsing and thrashing about.
"No, nooo! Let go! Hurry, quick, quiiick... put it in, fuck me pleeeease!"
A shrill scream burst out. The sight of him wailing and shaking his hips uncontrollably was painful even for those watching.
