Chapter 187: Snatching People

On a ruined building platform in front of the courtyard, Yao Doudou lay prone and called out very quickly: "No one's inside anymore, go in fast!"

"Vroom vroom!"

A high-powered SUV accelerated on the road to the left of the courtyard, then turned directly and charged toward the inside of the courtyard.

After the car charged into the courtyard at over 150 kilometers per hour, it stopped directly in front of the second floor entrance, by which time most of the people in the courtyard had been drawn away by Da Ming's team.

"Screech!"

The car stopped as two men wearing combat suits, bulletproof vests and Kevlar helmets got out with guns and charged directly into the main building.

As soon as the car entered, people at the warehouse reacted - five or six technicians grabbed guns and rushed over.

On the ruined building opposite, Yao Doudou chewed gum while removing the gun wrap and began naming targets with suppressing fire.

"Bang, bang bang bang...!"

After several shots, three or four drug dealers charging toward the main building were killed, while Yao Doudou deliberately left two alive with leg wounds, incapacitating them.

Inside the main building, continuous gunfire rang out as Yao Doudou set up his gun at a second-floor window, helping his two brothers shoot people upstairs while listening to their communication on the radio.

"First floor clear."

"Two at the stairwell, with automatic rifles."

"You hold position, I'll rush."

"No need, it's wooden flooring - switch to armor-piercing rounds, shoot up from below to suppress, then I can go up."

"...!"

On the radio, the two communicated very quickly and with very clear purpose - in less than thirty seconds they had charged upstairs.

On the ruined building platform, Yao Doudou spoke into his earpiece: "Team One watch your position, convoy's gone past."

"Received!" Da Ming replied.

As they communicated, the two heavily armed fighters had already charged to the second floor, caught the man in charge of the two workshops, handcuffed him, and were taking him downstairs.

"Got him," Team Two's people called while running downstairs with their target. "Team Leader, cover our retreat vehicle."

"Just go, everyone in the courtyard is down," Yao Doudou replied.

Team Two's people took their hostage target and quickly rushed out of the main building to get in the car and leave.

In the car, the young man trembled as he kept asking Team Two's people: "Brothers... what grudge, what grievance?! Here for money? Let me go and all the goods in the warehouse are yours."

"Smack!"

The fighter in the back seat knocked him out with a gun butt.

The SUV quickly turned around in the courtyard and accelerated back the way they came.

From the right side of the street came roaring engine sounds - the convoy that had originally gone to support Workshop 2 immediately returned upon hearing gunfire in the courtyard.

Seeing the convoy charging back, Yao Doudou immediately stood up, knelt on the platform, removed the sniper rifle magazine with his left hand and loaded a new one.

As the convoy sped along, Yao Doudou knelt on the rooftop, chewing gum, and pulled the trigger again.

"Bang!"

A muffled gunshot exploded - in the speeding lead car on the street, the driver's head instantly exploded and the vehicle, losing control, crashed directly into a concrete wall by the road.

Yao Doudou adjusted his aim and shot out two more cars' tires. The enemy had reacted by then, all vehicles pulling over to stop, using the cover of alley entrances as everyone rushed out of the cars.

At this point, Yao Doudou had blind spots in his view - he couldn't see clearly how many people had gone into the alleys, but he still didn't panic.

"Team One, can withdraw now. Watch for tails - if they catch up, follow Plan B and abandon vehicles to escape," Yao Doudou instructed.

"Received!" Da Ming replied.

At these words, Yao Doudou took out a nail gun with ropes from the long case and shot four ropes in different directions toward the ruined building beside.

After finishing, Yao Doudou didn't immediately run but stayed on the rooftop, continuing to shoot while changing positions and laying C4 at his waist.

Soon, chaotic footsteps came from below the ruined building - from the sound, at least seven or eight people were running simultaneously.

Only then did Yao Doudou put away his sniper rifle, placing it in the long case before drawing his handgun and walking toward the ropes.

The footsteps below grew increasingly clear as Yao Doudou attached the carabiner on his wrist to a rope and swung directly to the opposite ruined building.

After crossing about ten meters through the air, Yao Doudou again created distance from his previous sniper position.

Just then, the pursuing enemy personnel had reached the rooftop.

"Where is he?!"

"He swung across!"

"...!"

Seeing Yao Doudou, they raised their guns to shoot.

Yao Doudou looked at them and took out the detonator with his left hand, pressing the trigger.

"Bang, boom, boom...!"

Muffled explosions rang out in succession as the opposite ruined building was blasted with flying dust and debris, the rooftop concrete cracking. Two enemy men were instantly killed at the roof edge while two were wounded.

Yao Doudou stood on the opposite side, not even cutting the ropes connecting the buildings, only standing behind cover and calling softly: "Don't stick to me, or you'll all die."

Yao Doudou's words were full of arrogance and confidence, but his actions showed no carelessness or sloppiness. He moved along the half-meter high concrete wall at the roof edge, stepping steadily far back before quickly disappearing from the rooftop.

One person had held off over twenty enemy pursuers, allowing Team Two to withdraw almost without any interception.

Yao Doudou's first shot for Su Tianyu completely rocked Bokan.

The Yu family team that had been constantly suppressed by Xu Hu finally sounded their counterattack bugle.

......

Half an hour later.

Yao Doudou met up with Da Ming and others, abandoned their vehicles, and quickly hid in the surrounding mountains.

At the same time.

Over ten desperadoes found by the Xue family had arrived at Dragon City's east side.

In Zha'nan, at Tianhong Port.

A lackey said softly to Xu Hu: "Locations scouted - no Police Bureau people or garrison troops around."

Xu Hu looked up at Xue Ping'an and nodded to him.

Xue Ping'an stood up preparing to leave the conference room to call the desperadoes he had found.

"Ring ring!"

Just then, Xue Ping'an's phone rang first. He looked at the caller ID and pressed answer: "Hello?"

"Xue Nan - do you know him?" a deep voice came through.

Hearing this, Xue Ping'an froze in place.

"Know who I am?" the other asked.

"What the fuck do you mean?!" Xue Ping'an raised his eyebrows.

"My name is Su Tianyu. I met your nephew Xue Pengyu on the mountain," Su Tianyu replied with a laugh.

Xue Ping'an gritted his teeth: "You little bastard...!"

"Xue Nan is in my hands. Listen carefully - tonight you only have permission to observe. Without my nod, you can't move at all! Otherwise, I'll let your son's corpse feed sharks in the Pacific Ocean." Su Tianyu dropped these words and directly hung up.
